Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes products need to be returned and we try to accommodate as best we can. Please check your order as soon as it arrives and read our policy on various returns below.

  • I purchased the wrong item?
    • Return your item to us within 30 days of receipt and we can arrange for the correct item to be sent in its place. If the replacement product price is different, we will make the necessary adjustments. Postage fees will apply as normal for the sending the replacement purchase. 
    • NOTE: All Electrotraders Assembled Products are subject to a restocking fee.
       
  • I changed my mind and no longer want this product?
    • We understand that this sometimes happens. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt at your own expense.
    • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
    • We will issue a refund less a restocking fee upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item.
  • Restocking Fees
    • All Electrotraders assembled products are custom built and will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 40%.
    • This applies to our Power Boards, Adapters, Appliance Leads and Extension Leads which are custom built to specification.
    • All other products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
       
  • I was sent the incorrect item, what do I do?
    • Despite our best efforts to prevent errors, occasionally a mistake can occur. Raise this with us via your account or email us straight away. You will be issued with a pre-paid return label and we will replace your item with the correct product.
