Warranty Policy

• All products assembled in-house by Electrotraders are covered by a 24 month Return to Base Warranty*.  This applies to extension leads, power boards, adapter leads and appliance leads.

 

• All other products are covered by a 12 Month Return to Base Warranty*.

 

• If your item arrives damaged or "dead on arrival", we will arrange a replacement and cover the cost of sending both the replacement and the return postage cost if applicable. Please note the damaged or DOA item must be returned before the replacement can be sent.

 

• All items damaged or DOA must be reported within 14 days of receipt, otherwise return postage is payable by the buyer.

 

• Warranty claims from any hard wired electrical items must be accompanied by a copy of the installing licenced electrical contractors, details and licence number.
